Abstract

In this study, a small-scale flume was constructed to simulate collisional granular flow over an erodible bed, and experiments were conducted by varying the particle size and mixing ratio of glass beads. High-speed cameras were positioned on the side and top of the flume to capture the interaction dynamics between the granular flow and the erodible bed. The experimental results were analyzed to compare the effects of particle size and mixing ratio on the bed erosion and transport characteristics.
